Frequently asked questions
You, as a driving school, reserve the exam for your student. Can't get the right date? We can help find a suitable exam. Contact planning for this.
If a student wants to stop driving lessons, you can discuss it together. Unused lessons are automatically refunded to the student. There are no hidden costs or penalties.
After completing package 1, the student can progress to a second package or individual lessons. You can offer the student a new package via the dashboard.
Clickdrive currently only offers driving lessons. For theory lessons, you can refer students to an approved theory provider. We are currently working on adding theory courses.
If a student doesn't show up without canceling in time, this is considered a no-show. The lesson is still charged to the student.
